Paul joined Roth Mosey & Partners as a Staff Accountant in 2008. He was introduced into partnership this past year and is involved in a wide-range of compilation, review and audit engagements as well as personal and corporate income tax services. Paul’s volunteer activities have included serving as a treasurer and board member for the LaSalle Stompers Soccer Club. Paul is a graduate of the University of Windsor where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm) with distinction. Paul obtained his CA designation in 2012.

Patrick is a Tax Partner in the firm joining it in 2001, after spending nine years with another local accounting firm. Patrick has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and annually attends the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Ontario Tax Conference. He has experience dealing with a wide variety of small business and professional clients as well as the cross border tax implications of individuals and corporations engaged in activities in the U.S. Patrick’s current volunteer activities include serving various positions on the executive of the Knights of Columbus and serving as chairperson of Finance Committee at Sacred Heart LaSalle Parish. Patrick’s previous volunteer activities have included serving as Treasurer of the LaSalle Strawberry Festival and coaching Little League baseball.
Patrick received his BComm from the University of Windsor in 1989 and his CA designation in 1991.

Jennifer is a Partner of Roth Mosey & Partners LLP with 20 years of public accounting practice experience. In addition to her role as an assurance partner within the firm, she is also the HR Partner overseeing all HR matters within the firm. She is involved primarily with owner-managed, not-for-profit businesses and professional corporations providing a wide range of business advisory and compliance services to clients of our firm. Jennifer has been involved in the community in many initiatives over the years along with overseeing our charity golf tournament for the past 15 years.
Jennifer received her BComm. from the University of Windsor in 1997 and her CA designation in 2000.

Rodney is involved primarily with owner-managed business providing a wide range of advisory, compliance and assurance services to clients of the firm. He also oversees the quality control standards for the firm ensuring financial statements and assurance work meet CPA Canada requirements. Rodney has extensive experience in assisting clients with cash flow projections and SR&ED claims. Rodney’s combined experience allows him to provide insight into business processes, practices and sound financial business advice and strategies for clients.
Rodney has previously volunteered his time as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor-Essex and has previously assisted CPA Ontario by completing inspections of other CPA firms throughout Ontario.
Rodney is a graduate of the University of Windsor where he received his B.Comm. in 1999 and his CPA, CA designation in 2002.

Ryan joined the Firm as a Tax Partner in 2011. He previously worked at the national accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in personal, corporate and trust tax planning and compliance. Ryan specializes in owner-manager tax issues, including corporate restructuring, purchase and sale transactions, succession, estate and post mortem planning and he acts as a trusted business advisor to many entrepreneurs in the local community.
Ryan earned his Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo in 1999 and his CA designation in 2000. He has completed numerous tax courses sponsored by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants including the In-Depth Income Tax Program. He has presented at the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Ontario Tax Conference and at meetings of the Detroit Estate Planning Council and the Windsor Estate Planning Council. He has written articles that have been published in national releases for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as well as in local business magazines.
Ryan’s past volunteer activities have included terms as a director for the Essex Kent Chartered Accountants’ Association and Big Brothers of Windsor. Ryan has also participated in the United Way’s Leadership Windsor Essex program.

Michael is a Tax Partner in the Firm, after joining in 2001. He has over 30 years experience in personal and corporate tax planning and compliance. He has significant experience in corporate restructuring including designing tax effective strategies to meet the needs of the owner-manager’s estate planning goals. Michael works with a broad range of clients including those with Canadian and U.S. income tax requirements.
Michael has served his profession as an adjunct instructor in taxation for the University of Windsor and has lectured in taxation for the Institute of Chartered Accountants School of Accountancy and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Income Tax Practice Course.
Michael’s volunteer community service includes serving for over 15 years as a board and finance committee member with Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital in Windsor, serving on its Executive committee as well as chairing the Audit and Finance committee.
Michael received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor in 1978 and his CA designation in 1981. He has also completed numerous in-depth income tax programs sponsored by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants including the In-Depth Income Tax Program.

Anthony is currently the Managing Partner of the firm. He oversees the strategic direction of the firm and helps guide the management team in that direction. Anthony is currently a board member on the Windsor Port Authority as the City of Windsor representative. In addition, Anthony is an Audit Committee member on behalf of the Greater Essex County District School Board.

Mario is an accounting advisory Partner in the Firm, joining in 2015. Mario provides hands-on business advisory services to a wide range of owner-managed enterprises and professionals. Those services include year-end financial statement preparation, corporate, personal and estate income tax completion, tax planning and SR&ED claims. Other experience includes financial projection assistance, corporate re-organization, estate planning and purchase and sale of businesses.
In 1975 Mario graduated from the University of Windsor with a BComm and obtained his CPA, CA designation in 1977. Mario has many years of service with international accounting firms and has also worked in industry as a controller. In 1992 Mario left his role as a Senior Manager to form his own firm, Popp and Parete.
Mario has balanced his professional responsibilities with that of community involvement, including serving in a number of different capacities on the boards of Pointe West Golf Club, Canadian Italian Business & Professional Association and the Verdi Club.

Beth joined Roth Mosey & Partners in 1991 after three years with the firm now known as KPMG. She has extensive experience with assisting a wide range of clients in Windsor and the surrounding area with all of their accounting, tax and business development needs.
She is well known for the results that she has achieved in assisting our clients in the agriculture sector obtain assistance through government programs including Agristability, Rural Economic Development (“RED”), Industrial Research Assistance Program (“IRAP”) and Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED”). Beth also has a proven track record related to the preparation of business plans and cash flow projections prepared in order to assist clients in making investment decisions and in obtaining bank financing.
Beth has significant experience in providing comprehensive service to owner managed businesses with operations around the world and the related need for an adviser with the vision to anticipate and properly address challenges before they become problems. Beth has co-ordinated global services for clients with operations in the U.S., Mexico, China and throughout Europe.
Beth is currently a member of the Finance Committee of the Windsor Regional Hospital. Her past volunteer activities include terms as a board member of the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and as the chair of the Windsor SR&ED Practitioners Group. Beth received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and her CA designation in 1991.
An advocate for women in business, she has guided Women Enterprise Skill Training (WEST) by sharing information about local industry needs and encouraged WEST to move into accounting programs as a way to allow newcomer women to demonstrate skills in Canadian workplace settings. She mentors WEST participants through speaking engagements and encourages them into community involvement and education, and coaches them through ongoing professional challenges. In 2015, WEST recognized her work with the Journey Towards Success, Community Partner Award.

George joined Roth Mosey & Partners in January 2017 as a Senior Client Service Manager. He works primarily with owner-managed enterprises and professional corporations providing a wide range of business advisory and compliance services as well as personal and corporate income tax services.
George is a graduate of the University of Windsor where he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. George obtained his CA designation in 1990. George started his career with National Accounting Firms providing audit, accounting and tax services to a variety of public sector and private industry clients. In 1992 George became a sole practitioner, which afforded him the opportunity to work closely in a business advisory capacity with small owner managed organizations. Most recently, George was Vice-President Finance for a medium sized transportation and warehousing operation for several years, mainly servicing the automotive industry.
George has volunteered his time for many years coaching both house league and competitive soccer for the LaSalle Stompers Soccer Club.

JoAnne has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and four years of experience working in industry for a public tier II automotive manufacturing company. JoAnne joined Roth Mosey & Partners LLP in 2013 as a Senior Client Service Manager.
JoAnne provides our clients with accounting and taxation services and is a business advisor to our owner-managed businesses, professional corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
JoAnne specializes in providing business valuations for matrimonial, shareholder planning or disputes, corporate reorganizations, corporate financing and succession planning purposes and damage calculations for litigation support. JoAnne has experience in assisting clients in the due diligence process when they are considering the purchase of a business. JoAnne has experience in assisting clients in financial distress by compiling information for an insolvency trustee, preparing cash flow projections and assisting in managing cash flows and reporting to the trustee.
JoAnne is a graduate of the University of Windsor where she received her Bachelor of Commerce in 1997. She received the Chartered Accountant (CPA) designation in 2000 while working for a national accounting firm and received the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation in 2017.
