 We are aware that the outbreak and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) can raise questions and concerns. This is an ever-evolving situation and we recognize we all need to make decisions that best support our own health and the health of those around us. 

We take pride in our client relationships which are the cornerstone of our business. In keeping with the guidelines outlined from our health authorities and to proactively protect our staff and clients, we are restricting our non-essential/non-urgent client meetings and encouraging the use of technology such as computers, phones etc. Where possible consider sending your tax documents electronically by either fax 

(519 )977-7083 or email to rmptaxdocuments@rothmosey.com, bundle up your documents and send them at once rather one document at a time. If this is not possible reception will be set up with a drop off station for you to drop off your tax information. Please prepare your documents in a sealed envelope with your name and phone number and drop off your returns. 

If you are not feeling well, have travelled internationally in the last 15 days, or have been in close contact with a person who has travelled internationally in the last 15 days you will not be permitted access to our office because of safety precautions. 

We appreciate your understanding as we work through this unprecedented situation and will further communicate as new information unfolds.
