Fostering Development

We offer a professional work environment to our team members to foster development of their skills needed to service our clients. Our Partners and Managers have the breadth of experience and commitment to guide and develop the skills of our team members. Our current management team includes many individuals who started their career as a student with Roth Mosey & Partners and developed over the years to be able to take on the responsibilities in their current role.

Your Role

At Roth Mosey & Partners, there is never a “typical” day for our team members. Some days team members may be working in the office or offsite at a client’s location. You try to plan your workload for the day however an urgent client matter may require your attention resulting in changing your plans for that day. Team members may be assigned work in the accounting and assurance service area (consisting of notice to reader, review engagement or audit of financial statements), preparation of personal and corporate income tax returns or other special assignments. As part of the Roth Mosey & Partners team you will work independently, however will be a part of a small team. You will be responsible from the planning stage to completing the assignment, all the while having interaction with other Roth Mosey & Partners team members and clients. While we encourage and commend individuals who challenge themselves on addressing issues independently, our management team is always available to guide you or confirm your thinking.

Building Relationships with Team Members

We work within teams on assignments and interact with colleagues to collaborate or learn from them. These daily interactions build professional relationships that are often carried outside of the office.  We work hard together and have time together socializing outside of the work environment, in events such as our summer social, Christmas party, Friday lunches or other social gatherings. These activities are a great opportunity to get to know team members outside of a work setting.

Our Work Environment

We offer leading technology to our team members to allow them to perform work most effectively and efficiently. Our firm is dedicated to staying on the leading edge of technology, whereby the work environment utilizes a fully integrated suite of software programs and desks are equipped with a dual-screen and laptop work stations. This efficient environment is carried outside of the office with portable equipment and state-of-the-art mobile devices. We have made significant enhancements to office space for our team members to make the daily work environment enjoyable.
